2012 Memberships available NOW
To renew and pay your $6 membership online please complete the following form. Alternatively you can renew at reception next time you visit Southport Sharks.
Important!
To complete your renewal online, you will need a credit card or Pay Pal account to pay the $6 membership.
You will also need access to a printer so you can print your payment receipt. This is required to collect your new 2012 Membership card from Southport Sharks Reception.
*** By completing this form and applying for membership, you guarantee that you are 18 years old or above, and agree that you can provide proof of age upon collection of your membership card. Please note that Junir Sharks members do not have to renew their membership each year - it simply expires when they tur 18 years old***
