What Is Sharks Gold? Sharks Gold is a loyalty program for our members – every time you play the gaming machines you will accumulate Sharks Gold Points. These Points can be redeemed for cash or used to purchase food and beverage throughout the Club.
It’s our way of saying thank you to our valued members and giving you the benefits you deserve.
How Do I Earn Points? To earn Sharks Gold Points, you must insert your membership card into the card reader on any gaming machine. A welcome message will appear which indicates that you are ready to start earning points. As you play, Sharks Gold Points will be allocated to your membership card.
One Point is equal to one cent (1c) making every 100 Points you accumulate worth $1. To check how many Points you have accumulated, insert your membership card into the card reader and your points balance will be displayed. You can also enquire at the Gaming Cashier.
How Do I Redeem My Points? Sharks Gold Points may be redeemed for cash at the Gaming Cashier. The minimum amount that can be redeemed is $5 which equals 500 points. The maximum amount is $200 which equals 20,000 points.
Alternatively, you may use your points to purchase food and drinks within the club. Present your membership card when ordering and indicate you wish to use your Sharks Gold Points. The value of the purchase will be automatically deducted from your account.
When Do My Points Expire? Your Sharks Gold Points are valid until the close of trading on September 30 each year. Points not used by this date will be deleted and purged from your account leaving you with a balance of zero on October 1 each year.
What are Status Levels? There are three status levels – each level has its own benefits and rewards with the following criteria. Ruby Entry membership* Sapphire 6,000 Sharks Gold Points* Diamond 12,000 Sharks Gold Points*
