As soon as you enter through the doors, you will be awakened and enlivened by the ambience of Carmody’s Grill. Encapsulating almost a Mediterranean feel, the fresh white linen and VIP service will take you far and away from the usual, fast-paced offerings of the Gold Coast. Ceiling-to-floor windows allows diners to take pleasure in views across the grounds of Southport Sharks.
The menu is extensive and known to satisfy even the toughest critic’s palate. Start your dining experience with fresh oysters, complimented with crab and camembert mornay. For entrée choose from Creole spiced quail, coriander and macadamia lobster or perhaps the irresistible honey-Szechuan prawns. A wide range of the highest quality and finest meats are on offer for your main meal, including succulent steaks from Carmody’s Signature Grill. You won’t be turning away the dessert menu. Satisfy your sweet tooth with a delicious banana, macadamia and white chocolate pudding or enjoy a simple trio of ice creams staked in a honeycomb crisp basket with berry coulis.
