CHRISTMAS COUNTDOWN TERMS & CONDITIONS  

The promotion commences on Monday November 17 and concludes on Sunday December 21, 2008.

The promotion is open to current financial members (18 years and over) of the Southport Australian Football Club.  Staff and members of the Board are not permitted to enter the promotion.

Before the commencement of the promotion, all financial members will be mailed a personalised letter containing promotion details and five (5) weekly draw tickets.

After the mailing date, Reception staff will issue all new and renewing members with the letter containing the necessary weekly draw tickets.

To enter, members must place the weekly draw ticket in the barrel that will be situated in the middle of the gaming room. 

Members will have a period of one (1) week to deposit their tickets for each weekly draw.

All tickets must be deposited into the barrel by 2pm on the day of the draw, five (5) minutes prior to the draw which will take place at approximately 2.05pm each Sunday.

Once the draw has taken place and the barrel has been emptied, the draw will re-open for the next week’s draw tickets to be deposited into the barrel.

Only tickets with the correct designated date will be eligible to win.

The draw will be held each week after the last membership draw at 2.05pm on Sunday for five (5) weeks on the following dates: November 23 and 30, December 7, 14 and 21, 2008. 

For each of the five (5) draws, one (1) ticket will be drawn at random from the barrel and the winning member will receive a $1,000 Harvey Norman voucher or 75,000 loyalty points which equates to $750. 

The winning member is not required to be present in the club to win. 

The winner will be notified by telephone or by mail, and given details on how to claim their prize.

All winners will be required to show sufficient identification including their 2008 Sharks Membership Card to claim their prize.

Throughout the promotional period, members who play the gaming machines using their Sharks Membership card will earn double Bonus Points on every Friday.           

All Bonus Points earned throughout the Promotion will be credited to the members’ Sharks Gold Card on the day of gaming machine play.
